The 2026 Annual Pathfinder Country Workshop will provide an opportunity for Pathfinder Countries from different regions to share concrete experiences of implementation and to learn from approaches being developed and tested in other contexts.
Objectives
The workshop will pursue the following objectives:
- Share emerging good practices from Pathfinder Countries across regions in advancing SDG Target 8.7 and facilitate peer learning and exchange.
- Identify lessons, challenges and enabling factors that may be relevant to other Pathfinder Countries seeking to strengthen implementation of their commitments and roadmaps.
- Strengthen connections between Pathfinder Countries and Alliance 8.7 Action Groups, including through the sharing of relevant tools, resources and approaches.
- Contribute to a practical product capturing a synthesis of emerging good practices and relevant resources that can support continued learning and action across the Pathfinder Country community.
